1. General Eligibility
This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made through nplantsnursery.in and covers:
- Live Plants (indoor, outdoor, flowering, foliage, fruiting, landscaping plants, etc.)
- Gardening Accessories (pots, seeds, fertilizers, tools, planters, soil, and related products)
2. Live Plants — Damaged / Dead on Arrival
We take utmost care in packaging live plants. However, if a plant is delivered damaged, unhealthy, or dead on arrival, you may request a refund or replacement.
Eligibility Conditions:
- You must report the issue within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.
- You must provide clear photos or unboxing video of the plant and packaging.
- Evidence must clearly show damage/condition at the time of delivery.
- Replacement/Refund is processed after verification by our team.
📌 Accepted proof: High‑quality photos or unboxing video (both accepted).
Not Eligible If:
- Plant dies after 72 hours due to care/maintenance issues.
- Plant suffers natural stress like slight leaf drop, minor color change, or soil disturbance.
- Size/shape/color differs slightly from product image (plants are natural products and variation is normal).
3. Non‑Plant Items (Pots, Tools, Seeds, Fertilizers, Soil & Accessories)
Eligible for Return/Replacement if:
- Item is unused and in original packaging.
- You notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
- Product is damaged, defective, or different from the listing description.
Not Eligible if:
- Item is used or unsealed (especially seeds and fertilizers).
- Normal wear/tear due to handling.
- Customer changes mind after purchase.
4. Refund / Replacement Options
For Eligible Claims, You May Receive:
- Replacement of the same product, OR
- Refund to original payment method, OR
- Store credit / coupon (if you choose)
Replacement depends on stock availability. If unavailable, refund will be issued.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after claim approval.
5. Packaging & Return Shipping (If Return Is Required)
- In most plant claims, return pickup is not required. We verify using photos/videos.
- For non‑plant items requiring return, customers must:
- Return product unused and in original packaging.
- Bear return shipping cost unless the product is defective.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only by contacting customer support.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. For plants, this protects the product’s health.
7. No Warranty on Plant Survival
- We do not guarantee long‑term survival of plants after delivery.
- Growth depends on care, climate, sunlight, watering, soil conditions, and maintenance.
- Care instructions provided are advisory and do not serve as warranty.
8. How to Raise a Claim
To raise a return or refund request, contact us with:
- Order ID & mobile number used while ordering.
- Photos or unboxing video proof.
- Short description of the issue.

9. Fraud Prevention Disclaimer
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if:
- Submitted proof is invalid or manipulated.
- Customer repeatedly makes false or excessive claims.
- Delivery issues are created due to wrong address or failed attempts.
