5. Product Descriptions & Pricing

  • We strive to provide accurate product images and descriptions. Live plants are natural products and slight variations in color, size, or appearance are normal.
  • Prices shown on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless indicated otherwise. Product pages (example: site shop pages) show individual item prices such as ₹150 (Areca Palm) and ₹550 (Anthuriums) for reference.

6. Ordering & Acceptance

  • When you place an order you will receive an order acknowledgment. An order is accepted and a contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

7. Payment

  • Payment is collected at checkout. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, UPI and other methods as offered at checkout.
  • If payment is not successfully received we may cancel the order.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  • Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and depend on your delivery location.
  • Risk of loss for Products passes to you when products are handed to the courier/shipping partner.
  • For live plants, please inspect on delivery and report visible transit damage immediately using photos and the order reference.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellations: You may cancel orders prior to dispatch by contacting customer support (email or phone). Cancellations after dispatch may not be possible.
  • Returns — Live Plants: Due to the nature of live plants, returns are accepted only in cases of clear damage or dead-on-arrival. You must notify us within 48–72 hours of delivery with photos and the order ID. We may ask for additional information to process claims.
  • Returns — Non-living goods: Returns for non-living items (pots, tools, seeds) follow our standard return policy if items are unused and in original condition within the timeframe posted on the Website.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

10. Warranty & Liability

  • We do not provide an ongoing survival guarantee for live plants after delivery. If a plant is received damaged or dead, we will evaluate the claim and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the Products you purchased and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All Website content (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to NPlants Nursery. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content except as expressly permitted.

12. User Conduct & Reviews

  • You must not post defamatory, illegal, or offensive material on the Website. Reviews should be honest and factually based.

13. Privacy

  • Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Website and placing orders you consent to the processing of your personal data as set out there.

14. Indemnification
